Sixth Form

Pastoral Care

With around 140 students in each Sixth Form year group, many coming from international backgrounds, you’ll find our Sixth Form to be inclusive and busy from the moment you join us with many opportunities to explore and create your own, unique, journey of discovery.

Whether a day pupil or boarding with us, you will be part of a House and partnered with a House Buddy, to help you navigate your first few weeks at the College. Your House will play an important part of your College experience and the team of staff in each House will support you with all your pastoral and practical needs.

Structure of Your Day

Your timetable will reflect the A Levels you have chosen to study, but there will be plenty of time for independent study, clubs and clinics (which generally take place at lunch time), your Sixth Form Award, Pathways, Life Skills as well as sport, music and drama. You will be free to leave the campus at lunchtimes and to study at home some afternoons, dependent on your timetable and your teacher requirements.
