Senior 13-16
Posted on: July 5th 2019

During Final Assembly on Friday 5th July, prizes were awarded to Upper 5th artists for outstanding GCSE artwork. The artwork was judged and prizes awarded by Justin Godfrey, Head of Office at Savills in Bishop's Stortford, who said,

“Yet again I’ve been blown away by the quality of artwork that the College presents to me for consideration for our Arts prize.  Each year I find this task harder and harder as the standard of work just gets better and better. The variety of media methods available to the students is both diverse and very interesting - I feel that it’s slightly unfair to only give out three awards this year!"

First prize was presented to Elody D for her haunting images inspired by Francis Bacon and a fantastic book of coursework.
