Snails & More on Prep School French Trip
Very early on Friday 19th October, 40 very excited Form 2 pupils left for our annual trip to Boulogne-Sur-Mer. Over the next couple of days, the children found out about the life on a snail farm and how to make biscuits with 50 kgs of flour. We were very impressed with how much information they understood, especially at the snail farm where the whole visit was run in French.
After a fact-finding mission in the High Street, we finished our trip at Nausicaa, one of the largest aquaria in Europe. The pupils had a great time and enjoyed the chance to find out a bit more about France and try out some of their French sentences in a real context.
