Safeguarding and Child Protection
Bishop’s Stortford College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. To this end, robust Safeguarding processes and procedures are in place to support families, pupils, staff and volunteers. In compliance with the sharing of information guidance/best practice, any concerns are passed to designated teachers, trained in Safeguarding.
As a member of the BSA we fully support their Commitment Care Charter published on 1st February 2016. A copy is available to download below.
Our Senior Designated Safeguarding Lead is Mrs Jane Pawulska, Assistant Head (Pastoral).
