FAQs during the COVID-19 shutdown
In line with other schools across the UK, the College was closed to all but the children of key workers. Pupils across the campus continue to learn remotely and have been appropriately equipped to do so.
Below are some FAQs you may find useful.
Why has the College closed?
The shutdown of the College is at the advice of Public Health England and the Department for Education.
What should I do if my child develops a cough/fever/flu-like symptoms while they are at home?
If your child(ren) experience symptoms of coronavirus during a shutdown (or imposed period of isolation) follow medical advice regarding whether they are able to do school work. We would not expect them to do the work set if they are unwell.

My child has locked themselves out of Firefly/Clickview/Office365 – what should I do?
- For IT password or lockout queries contact the ICT Department on 07483 064 203. This number is available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
- For technical issues please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How does my child use Firefly and Zoom?
