College Fruits Make Delicious Autumn Treats

Autumn was definitely in the air when Prep School pupils foraged for apples and blackberries around the College campus recently, as part of the Prep School's annual autumn cooking challenge. Pupils took their pickings home to make something with and the results were fantastic: an array of delicious recipes were brought into school, including jam made for the first time, apple pies, a tray bake and apple tartlets.
