aving learnt about plastic pollution and the damage it does to our environment, with oceans and seas littered with growing amounts of plastic, Year 1 decided to take action: they want to spread the message about single use plastic and how we can all help with this worldwide problem.
Pupils made posters about plastic pollution, which they put up in the classroom, outside the school office and in the dining hall. They re-used plastic bottles to make wonderful plant holders and they wrote a letter to Plastic to tell it what they like about it and what they do not like about it and they discussed their hopes for the future
