Celebratory Grand Reopening of RPH

Robert Pearce House was officially reopened on Friday 9th March 2018, after 18 months of reconstruction following the fire on 29th September 2015.  The day of the fire was, said Headmaster Jeremy Gladwin in his welcoming speech, "possibly one of the darkest, if not the worst, days of my school career".

The Headmaster welcomed Mayor Councillor Colin Woodward, Governors, Mark Bailey and his team at Barnes construction, architect Roger Hawkins and his team at Hawkins Brown, Synergy, KJ Tate and - last but not least - the former boys and staff from the House, "who are no doubt delighted to see this magnificent building up and running". You can read Jeremy's speech here.
