Year 2 WWII Day pupils laughing together

On Wednesday 26th May, Year 2 took a step back in time to the 1940’s when they experienced life as a World War II evacuee.

Dressing up in their best evacuee outfits, pupils experienced what a class lesson over 80 years ago was like, as well as going to the ‘market’ and even learning what to do when the air raid siren went off.
