4th Form Play: The Odyssey

Odyssey 4th Form Poster

Odysseus was a victorious general and oceanic voyager, and now…asylum seeker. Washed up on the shores of modern Britain, bereft of his army, he must convince the authorities that the fantastical story of his  voyage from Troy is true – that is, if he wants any chance of returning home and seeing his woe-begotten wife again…

Recounting the classic tales of the Lotus Eaters, the Cyclops and the Trojan Horse amongst others, this production is packed to the brim with adventure and laughs, without any fear of seasickness!  Join us on Tuesday 26th and Wednesday 27th June for the Fourth Form production of ‘The Odyssey’, featuring the Ancient Greek myths with a modern twist.

The show will be performed at 7:30pm outside the Leo Price Theatre on Master's Green, and, while seating will be provided, you are very welcome to bring a blanket and enjoy a picnic from 7pm.  Free drinks will be provided and there will also be a cake sale, raising money for charity.  Should the weather be unkind to us, the production will move inside the theatre.  The duration of the show is approximately 90 minutes.

Please click here to book your free ticket, which can then be collected from Reception.  Tickets will also be available on the night.
